Cheron Constance holds a BA in the Growth and Structure of Cities (USA) and an MSc in Food Policy (UK). Her master's thesis focused on gender and public policy issues related to urban and peri-urban agriculture in the developing world. She has worked for local government and a variety of NGOs in the US, the UK, and Belgium. She is in the urban food strategies work programme of the PUREFOOD Network and makes the best cherry-coconut sorbet you have ever tasted.
